A Symbol of Innovation: Presenting the Gift City’s Luxurious Trophy

Trophy" It's situated in the heart of Gift City, inside the SEZ. Now, this isn't just any ordinary building – it's a symbolic trophy in itself. We've poured our hearts into designing it in such a way that it resembles an actual trophy. The whole idea behind this was to give Gift City something truly remarkable.

The entire building, spanning 8 lakh square feet, is up for lease. We saw a growing need for commercial spaces in Gift City, with many companies itching to set up here. There wasn't any building specifically meeting the standards of international companies. So, we took it upon ourselves to fill that gap.

Down on the ground floor, we've got prime retail space up for grabs. Whether you're dreaming of opening an exclusive boutique or a swanky restaurant, this is where you want to be. As you move up the floors, you'll find sleek office spaces, each tailored to meet the needs of different corporations. And we're not skimping on the amenities either. From conference rooms to chill-out zones, we've got it all covered.

The journey of the Trophy project began with a vision to create something truly exceptional in Gift City. Situated at a unique corner junction, the site presented both opportunities and challenges. The goal was clear: to design a structure that not only stood out but also captured attention from every angle. One of the major challenges was ensuring that the project could be viewed in the best proportionate way from all angles. This meant meticulous planning to achieve the best elevation from every perspective. The design process focused on creating a model that resembled a trophy, with distinct features at every level. The building's layout was carefully crafted to reflect its trophy-inspired design. The pedestal area housed retail spaces, while terraces at the second level provided additional amenities for office occupants. From the outside, the building's design mimicked the contours of a trophy, with unique angles and elevations that changed as one moved around it.

Being situated at a corner junction meant that the building's elevation had to be considered from all angles, not just the front or rear. This led to the development of a design that offered unique viewing angles from every side. Each facet of the building, whether viewed from the front, side, or rear, presented a different perspective, akin to the multifaceted nature of a gemstone.The core design of the building was another key aspect of its development. Unlike traditional buildings, the core area was kept clear of elevations, offering unobstructed views from the outside. Additionally, columns were strategically placed inside the building, ensuring clear vision lines on each floor.To enhance the building's aesthetics further, pigmented LED screens were incorporated into the design. These illuminated screens adorned select diamond-cut facing lines, adding a unique visual element to the structure, especially at night.

Throughout the design process, careful consideration was given to the demography and site location of Gift City. The result was a structure that not only stood out but also paid homage to its surroundings, becoming a landmark in its own right.

So, why Trophy? Because it's not just a building – it's a statement. It's a symbol of success, innovation, and aspiration. And for companies looking to make their mark in Gift City, this is the place to be.
