We are hiring a Training & Quality Assurance to monitor and improve the quality of sales calls. The role includes daily call monitoring, auditing, training new team members, and conducting feedback sessions to enhance team performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily sales and pre-sales calls for quality and compliance.
  • Maintain and update Call Audit Scorecards with detailed evaluations.
  • Train new joiners on sales techniques, CRM usage, and tele-calling etiquette.
  • Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions to improve communication and customer handling.
  • Prepare audit reports and recommend improvements based on findings.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on call quality, team performance, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct basic market research to align team communication with market trends.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and coaching abilities.
  • Knowledge of tele-calling etiquette and CRM systems.
  • Experience in sales call audits and training delivery.
  • Analytical skills for reporting and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 5+  years of experience in Training & QA (Real Estate preferred).
