History was scripted on the night of 21st September 2023 when The Constitution (One Hundred and Twenty-Eighth Amendment) Bill, 2023, seeking to reserve 33% of seats in Lok Sabha and state Assemblies for women, was passed unanimously by Rajya Sabha. Women's reservation in politics empowers women at various levels. It not only encourages more women to participate in politics but also inspires women to take on leadership roles in other sectors.
Having an all-inclusive work culture in its true sense, the Shivalik group has always been a supporter of women’s empowerment. Although Real Estate is perceived as a male-driven industry, the Shivalik group has been changing this mediocre mindset by motivating and promoting women employees to build their careers in the Real Estate industry by offering them key positions in decision-making.

Women excel in managing human resources and have a greater grasp of the emotional side of business. This aids in the effective management of both people and the company. Additionally, because of their higher emotional intelligence and intuitive nature, they can successfully arbitrate any conflict in business.
It is notable that the Shivalik Institute of Real Estate, established to bridge the skill gap in the Real Estate industry, is led by Mrs. Dipali Shah (W/o Mr. Chitrak Shah, Founder & Chairman, SIRE) as Founder and director, SIRE. In the Parent company, ‘Shivalik’, the key position of Sales dept. head are also held by Women Employees.
The group celebrates womanhood by providing a home-like & healthy work environment for women employees to impart a sense of belongingness. Many events and meet-ups are arranged for women employees exclusively to have quality time They are also provided with perks such as Maternity leaves.
