Lead Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collection Executive to manage payment collections and foster strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure timely dues recovery, resolve payment issues, and assist the finance team in maintaining accurate records, ensuring smooth cash flow and financial health of the company.

Proactively identify and develop new sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, online inquiries, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Provide guidance and assistance in property selection, site visits, and negotiations.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.
