Collection Executive
We are seeking a proactive Collection Executive to manage payment collections, resolve client issues, and support the finance team in maintaining accurate records, ensuring smooth cash flow and financial health of the company.
- Contact clients to remind them of outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery.
- Follow up on overdue accounts via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Visit clients as required to discuss and settle payment issues.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company to resolve payment disputes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment processes.
