At SUMMERWOODS DEVELOPERS INDIA LLP, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience through our smart society application. This policy outlines the terms for refunds when a society member cancels a booking for an amenity.
Refunds are available for canceled bookings made by society members for amenities through the application. Cancellations must be completed via the application interface to be eligible for refunds.
Members who cancel their booking within the designated period will receive a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours from the time of cancellation confirmation.
Members can initiate a cancellation by accessing their booking history in the application and selecting the “Cancel Booking” option.
Once canceled, the booking status will update to “Canceled,” and the refund process will be initiated.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Post Approval, Refund amount will be credited within 4-6 days to the payment mode.

If the booking is not canceled within the allowed period, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Bookings that have been completed and attended are also ineligible for refunds.
