1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for canceled bookings made by society members for amenities through the application.
- Cancellations must be completed via the application interface to be eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Window
- Members who cancel their booking within the designated period will receive a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 48 hours from the time of cancellation confirmation.
3. Process of Cancellation
- Members can initiate a cancellation by accessing their booking history in the application and selecting the “Cancel Booking” option.
- Once canceled, the booking status will update to “Canceled,” and the refund process will be initiated.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to appear in the member’s account, depending on the payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- If the booking is not canceled within the allowed period, it will not be eligible for a refund.
- Bookings that have been completed and attended are also ineligible for refunds.
