Refund and Cancellation Policy :

Shivalik believes in complete customer satisfaction.

Our Policy for the booking, cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Booking Policy : We do not want any customers to miss-out on your preferred unit. Hence, customers will have to pay the booking amount & submit all the required documents within 1 week after the token amount is given. Please be informed that token amount only holds a unit, and does not confirm the unit. Your preferred unit will be confirmed only after you complete all the required processes & pay the booking amount. To avoid any misunderstanding, the receipt & booking confirmation will be given to customers only after completion of the process. In case of failure to pay the booking amount, Shivalik holds the right to open the unit.

Cancellation Policy : For Cancellations please visit Shivalik House.

Refund Policy : Shivalik will refund the token amount in 1 month. The paid amount will be refunded without any deduction.

Shipping & Placing an Order : To place an order you must have access to the Shivalik smart society application. all facility and other services payment and booking will proceed from the application. after placing your booking confirmation and receipt will auto mail from Shivalik’s system.

Important Disclaimer :

Although the Company provides full security and secrecy to your personal information, we urge you to be careful with very sensitive information and do not share it with any third party claiming to be related to the Company on separate emails/phone calls etc. The Company disclaims any and all liabilities towards any such claims that have arisen due to your own negligence or willful misconduct and the Company takes no responsibility for the same.
